Believe it or not, fonts can kill your design or turn it into a masterpiece. Either one of these can be achieved depending on the font you choose. Today, I’m sharing my favorite font combinations with canva.

So, how do you decide on the best font for your next design? I have come up with my top 10 Canva Font Pairings that will surely help you create stunning, breathtaking designs to make your presentations stand out.

Here I’ve combined The Seasons as the heading font with an italic version of the same font for the subheading and finally for the body I’m choosing Poiret. These are both so beautiful, and the best part? They are FREE on Canva.

2. Poppins + Montserrat

This is a minimalist font combination. Perfect for when you are looking to have a light aesthetic. In this combination, we have Poppins Light as the heading font with Poppins Medium as the subheading, and lastly, for the body, I’m choosing one of my all-time favorites Montserrat. Guess what? They are also FREE on Canva.

On this set, we have Brown Sugar, uh so pretty. We combined it with Hero bold for the subheading and consequently Hero Light on the body content. You can use them for FREE on canva.

Another canva font pairing that is chic and elegant. Here we have Dream Avenue a classy font with some swirl and Aileron Thin which adds sophistication with its clean look. For this reason, this font combination will bring elegance to any of your designs!

6. Pierson + Black Mango + Cargo

I’m going to call this one a fancy trilogy. Pierson (heading) gives that clean serif aesthetic while Black Mango (subheading) infuses the fun yet luxurious aesthetic. Lastly, we have Cardo on the body text for a high-end touch. To use Pierson you need canva pro. I have pro myself and I LOVE IT! You get so much more with their subscription.

7. Tan Aegean + Abril

font combinations with canva

You can’t talk about canva fonts without mentioning the Tan font families. I’m not lying when I say that they are the best out there! Tan Aegean is one of my favorites because of its playful and versatile look. This is a pro font but you can use Tan Mon Cheri for free instead. For the subheading and the body text, we have Abril which is a modern serif light font.

8. Antic Didone + Antic

Another high-end font combination with canva. I’m pairing Antic Didone for the heading with Antic for the subheading and body. Overall what I love about Antic Didone is how light and curvy the edges are. These fonts are both free on canva.

9. Flatlion + Ovo

Yet another script fort has made it to our master list! I love Flatlion it’s very elegant and feminine, and for this reason, this font is one of the best out there for feminine branding. Ovo is being used on the body and subheading, this font gives a subtle and distinct look. Both of these fonts are FREE to use on canva.

10. Bodoni + Mistrully + Montaser

Bodoni is a font that has this magazine heading style typeface. It’s one of the most elegant and chic fonts out there. Once paired with the playful and light Mistrully font for the subheading, you have a match made in heaven. This combination is an excellent option for either presentations or social media posts. Lastly, the sleek and clean form of the Monstaser font gives a contemporary sense to your writing.
